The Rotunda at the University of Virginia. Our team restored these three-tier brass chandeliers — cleaning, refinishing, and returning them to the brilliance they were made with — so a National Historic Landmark keeps its original light.
At the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Federal Courthouse in lower Manhattan — a 1936 Cass Gilbert building — we restored and replicated over 700 fixtures across 19 distinct types. Five are eight-foot bronze lanterns on the front portico, each a thousand pounds.
The Minnesota State Capitol's five-year, whole-building restoration ran more than 1,100 fixtures in 78 distinct types, brought back to museum standards. The monumental solid-brass torchieres carry hand-applied patina — matched to the originals, not approximated.
