Super excited to share #CodeInterpreter with all #ChatGPT plus users! This allows chatgpt to take actions on your behalf (via the universal action space of code) with your data.

A lot of the technical focus was in creating a secure sandbox for our models to run in. Each model instance runs within its own unix environment and the model has no network access. We preinstall a suite of python packages that the model uses when appropriate.

Code Interpreter will be available to all ChatGPT Plus users over the next week.

It lets ChatGPT run code, optionally with access to files you've uploaded. You can ask ChatGPT to analyze data, create charts, edit files, perform math, etc.

Plus users can opt in via settings.
