BGL levels even going down even after dextrose given either these babies have the strangest medical phenomenon or insulin was planted

It's like if I did a alcohol test on you and you blew .08 then you didn't have a confirmation test well you still blew .08. the lab tested the c-peptide levels making it powerful evidence. Feed bag tampered with insulin.
