@MISSSIX@A11G0ing0ff@amandaknox What do you mean by “proven”?
Conclusive proof and the art of persuasion are not the same thing.
Convincing 11 lay jurors doesn’t constitute proof. Court of Appeal judges not understanding medical evidence isn’t “proof” either.
So, what exactly do you mean by proven?
@harryrag@mellycatslave@MetroUK Why not post the whole note instead of selectively editing out “I haven’t done anything wrong” and “slander… discrimination… victimisation” which clearly shows this isn’t a confession?
@harryrag@mellycatslave@MetroUK A confession generally doesn’t include more exculpatory claims than inculpatory. Letby has maintained her innocence throughout.
@harryrag@mellycatslave@MetroUK Newsflash: every miscarriage of justice involves evidence that is admitted at trial that transpires to be utterly worthless. What’s your point? Are you one of those disciples of the justice system that believes everything said in court is sacrosanct?
@harryrag@mellycatslave@MetroUK You have to put all the pieces of rubbish evidence, including the rubbished ‘confession’ note in the bin where it all belongs. When you do that the wider context is there’s no actual evidence of any crimes
Letby is clearly innocent and you are clearly attention seeking
@DerekHilton10@TRobinsonNewEra Letby didn’t hurt any babies. Folk aren’t calling for her release because they want to free a baby killer. That’s silly talk. They want an innocent nurse to enjoy the freedom she is owed
@Christo38617504@I_luv_ix@BarneyFlames She wasn’t even there for some of it. You’ve fallen for some cock & bull story made up by prosecution witnesses that has no basis in reality and you pretend it’s factual. It isn’t. It’s a theory. And a stupid one at that
