@GC_Rail absolutely disgusting service from Grand Central, cancel train and squeeze two trains worth of people into one. Lady with a new born baby has to stand in cramped space. So convenient the delay is just under an hour so you don’t have to pay any compensation to passengers.

Order cortado. They make cortado. No lids. They pour cortado into bigger cup. I am presented with this, a cold, unappetising version of the coffee I ordered. @CostaCoffee you may as well spit in my face. That’s how bad this is. Guess I’ll be going to @Starbucks for my xmas coffee
