@lincscoop Thanks for the info. UKCPS haven't provided the verification code required for POPLA appeal with their rejection so will have to try and obtain this first.

@lincscoop it's disappointing there isn't 5 minutes grace to this parking charge as I returned within the time (out of shop hours) but by the time I had my kids strapped in and rolled out the exit I had had incurred the fine. Appeal was unsuccessful.
