"Christian is doing well and walked off the pitch by himself. As I see it, the pacemaker responded as it should. He was briefly unconscious." Morten Boesen, Denmark team doctor. Thoughts with Christian Eriksen.
Why is this man being subjected to more of this! It’s 2026 ffs!! This has to stop!! Make an example of this player who has racially abused him and ban him for a full season on no pay! #RacismHasToStop
Over the past few months, we’ve had discussions with the club about installing a Tifo machine in the south stand.
Due to the size of the stand, this machine could not be a permanent fixture. Our flag last night was the tallest Tifo ever used in the Premier League, which requires a specially trained team to pull it up manually.
This costs tens of thousands of pounds each time, and we didn’t have sufficient funds to complete it before the year ended. After meetings with the engagement team and one with CEO Angus Kinnear, the club learned how much our fans and the group wanted to see this type of display at our new home. With support from the club’s owners, TFG helped bridge the gap, enabling us to deliver our first display successfully at the final home game of 2025.
We want to thank the @friedkingroup and @Everton for making this type of display possible last night, as well as all the staff and tech team who helped us to coordinate the lighting, video, and music.
Most of all, we would like to thank our fans for their brilliant contributions, which allowed us to get the sheets for the display behind the flag and also to our volunteers who helped us set up.
We can’t wait for a full flag display in the new year, and hope you liked our first Tifo display.

Today’s @Panathlon Ten Pin Bowling Event at Hollywood Bowl, Edge Lane Liverpool.

There are three competitions to be separated as West Derby Schools Mainstream Primary SEND Ten Pin, Merseyside SEND Schools Primary and Merseyside Open Deaf Schools Ten Pin.
Great day all day and the children really loved it.
Congrats to St Michael’s Catholic Primary School won the West Derby Schools Mainstream Primary SEND event.
Bankview School’s Primary A team won the Merseyside SEND Schools Primary Ten Pin event
Knotty Ash Primary Infants won the Merseyside Deaf Primary Schools event
The Hathershaw College ‘B’ team won the Merseyside Deaf Secondary Schools event.
Well done to them.
Thanks to Mat from @inclusabilitynw and volunteers from individuals, Abbot Lea School, Sandfield Park School and Liverpool John Moores for all their great volunteering to this event.
Almost 8,000 children in Liverpool now require an EHCP – double in just 3 years. Specialist school places are in short supply & SEND exclusions are rising.
SEND reforms must deliver real support for families in my constituency. No child should ever miss out on education.
In the last 24 hours, Wrexham fans have successfully persuaded their club to allow Sheffield Wednesday supporters to use their protest banner in the ground and one of their owners @RMcElhenney has revealed there are 10,000 gold shirts from last season available, with all profits going to @SWFCTrust. They’re even selling the shirts online with the words ‘in solidarity’ under the £25 price. Perhaps this has even raised the profile of the situation at #SWFC, who knows. Football still has its moments.
Elliott Griffiths, who won the long jump yesterday with 6.15m and also high jumped 1.81m today, clocked a wind-assisted 11.64 to win the para ambulant 100m.
