Making a pointless gesture of sending an engineer to confirm it’s glass that’s broken as if I dont know what glass is. The oven functions as it in it will turn on but why should I replace it when it’s broken so soon?

@lufthansa you have cancelled my flight from Ljubljana to Munich and put me on a later one even though there were spaces on the Frankfurt flight on the same day. No good reason given but I could book it online if I wanted to. Not right at all.
