@currys so I placed an order in November, been told 3 times of a new delivery date. Spoke to agent online told me payment taken but error (your side) so order won’t proceed. Told me to go to store for refund, went tonight and they told me they can’t. HELP
@ring having serious issues with app on iPhone. I can’t view my doorbell or camera on the app but get notifications of movement ok. Deleted the app, reinstalled and try to sign in and it won’t let me. Help please. Been going on for at least a week
