@AbbieCadabra@MartinSLewis I was in this understanding. Are these the only two ways to work out furlough payments for zero hours workers? The company I worked for seems to think I have no rights being zero hours.
@MartinSLewis I am after advice regarding furlough for zero hours workers i believe the way to work out my payment is either 80% of the same month I worked last year or the yearly average, which ever is highest. Can I be paid based on work I may have carried out last month?
@MartinSLewis My company have paid me short. They say the reason is they based it on the work we would of had had we worked last month and the likelihood of us accepting the work (zero hours contract)
Does anyone know If a company can pay their zero hour employees furlough based on work we may have carried out the month prior and the likelihood of us accepting said work based on work we have accepted in the past. @MartinSLewis@piersmorgan@MoneySavingExp@David_Cameron
@AbbieCadabra@MartinSLewis@piersmorgan@MoneySavingExp@David_Cameron I just copied and pasted one of the reasons why they paid me the way they did. Does this make any sense to you? 2. "It is a fairly blunt instrument as a scheme and does not take into account variable work such as ours provided". I have been in touch with acas. No joy there
