@MaritaBarth @Chemjobber Toast some nice bread with olive oil and roasted garlic in the oven, chop tomatoes into chunks, dice half a red onion per 500g of tomatoes, 8 large shredded leaves of basil,then douse in 4tbsp EV olive oil, 2tbsp balsamic vinegar + pinch salt. Stir, mature for 40 mins, serve.
