I spoke at CodeCon last week and combined it with the preview release of Bit-Ship UI & Cloud.
I learned that meeting users in person and iterating with them on the spot is much more fun.
Checking DAU in one tab.
MRR in another.
Website traffic somewhere else.
Social stats buried in 4 apps. π
Why isn't there ONE clean dashboard for all of it?
How are you handling this?
I was born yesterday when I realized indie hacking doesnβt require project management software.
Do you even use Jira, Notion, or anything like that?
Or do you just ship and let chaos handle the rest?
Team lead advice:
Protect your team's mental energy.
They have a finite amount.
Meetings drain it.
Context switches drain it.
Unclear goals drain it.
Guard it like product time.
