@KilKidd @JeffNippard Crazy thing is, he maintained a significant amount of strength during this cut. During this prep while at 74kg, he did a powerlifting meet. Totaled 660kg. Squat: 230kg, bench: 125.5kg, deadlift: 287kg.

@cole_shutup It was. He has a toddler, was expecting his second child, and wrapping his PhD course work all while he was competing. He's much happier now that he can eat pizza again.
