Today is World IBD Day.

This is a photograph of my son Charlie on the day he was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. Looking happy, if not a little nervous before having his colonoscopy and subsequent diagnosis. 🧵

Things have changed in his life since that day but he takes things in his stride, and always proudly wears his purple wristband. I could not be more proud of him and the way he always stays positive.
