@ITAATweets @rteliveline Last time I checked I lived in a democracy and people should be free to book their travel the way they want to. If they choose to book with a travel agent that's their right.

Booking with a licensed travel agent offers consumers protection under the EU Package Travel Directive. Booking a flight direct online with an airline doesn't. Some book with travel agents for other reasons; not everyone has internet access or access to a credit card @rteliveline

@RyanairPress @Ryanair Regardless of what you 'claim'...a huge number of customers have completed all relevant documentation and you are still withholding their money. You can easily ask for bank details and transfer the refunds direct. Seems like Ryanair wants to attempt to exonerate themselves...😒
