So if the goal is to not allow foreign people to arrive via air into a sanctuary city airport from a foreign airport, how about only allow US citizens returning home (vaca, business, etc) to be on those inbound international flights? I think a carte blanche cancellation of all inbound international flights to sanctuary cities harms too many US Citizens.
I've been twice during the few years that cruises were allowed to go there. I walked around Old Havana with my husband and also did a couple tours. Visited Cienfuegos and Santiago (for rum). Havana is heartbreaking, a beautiful city allowed to decay. Many of the people were so happy they could earn money talking people around on tours. Literally everyone had a family member in Florida.
