Four B-2A “Spirit” Strategic Long-Range Stealth Bombers with the U.S. Air Force’s 509th Bomb Wing flew a round-trip strike mission early Saturday from Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, to the Middle East, via the Strait of Gibraltar and Mediterranean, supported by a number of KC-46A Pegasus from bases in Europe. According to Fox News, the B-2s dropped dozens of 2,000lb bombs on underground ballistic missile sites in Iran at the beginning stages of Operation Epic Fury.

Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair Razin Caine outlines all of Operation Midnight Hammer here.

Iranian defense systems did not see the bombers, and no Iranian fighters flew. No shots were fired at the bombers.

"No other military in the world could have done this," Caine said

As noted last night, multiple decoy bombers few west out of the United States, while the actual bombers flew east, keeping the element of surprise.
