When I was young I thought being smart was about always being right.
Now that I’m old and been knocked around by the world a few times, I think being smart is all about correcting your thinking when you are inevitably wrong.
Culture is dynamic, not static. Every person on your team and organization creates your culture each day by what you all think, say and do. You can elevate it by what you think. You can improve it by what you say. And you can make it great by what you do!
Hey @tatis_jr listen up:
1) Keep swinging 3-0 if you want to, no matter what the game situation is
2) Keep hitting homers, no matter what the situation is
3) Keep bringing energy and flash to baseball and making it fun
4) The only thing you did wrong was apologize. Stop that.
1. Control what you can control.
2. Let go of what you can’t.
3. Replace fear with faith.
4. Speak truth to the lies.
5. Believe the best is yet to come.

Remember... Failure is a big part of your path to success. It’s not your enemy. It is your partner in growth. It doesn’t define you; it refines you. If you didn’t fail, you wouldn’t build the character you need to succeed. Failure is an event, not a definition.
“We’ve always done it this way”
vs.
“If there’s a better way, let’s find it!”
Growth mindset journey of searching & finding
vs.
Fixed mindset as the smartest in any room
Great share @MVP_Mindset!
