No sooner than later did I find that it isn’t.

This is the first time the @zerion web app actually feels like the place I want to live onchain, not a tracker I visit and bounce from.

🌱 A real Following Wallets page.

Sidebar collapses when you’re trading so the chart isn’t fighting the nav.

The 10year Treasury yield is becoming the chart I check before almost everything else.

Not because I’m suddenly interested in bonds.

Because 5% on the 10Y changes the conversation across multiple markets.

The yield recently moved above 5.2%, reaching its highest level since 2007.

And that creates a very different backdrop for risk assets.

Higher yields can increase borrowing costs and put pressure on equity valuations.

For $BTC, they can change the relative appeal of riskier assets versus dollar denominated fixed income.

For gold, higher yields can increase the opportunity cost of holding a non yielding asset.

And if higher yields support the dollar, that adds another variable for both gold and crypto.

So I’m not watching the 10Y in isolation.

I’m watching:

10Y → stocks → BTC → gold → USD

That relationship is more interesting to me than any single chart right now.

If yields stay around these levels, I want to see which markets absorb the pressure and which ones start reacting more aggressively.

I’ve got the different charts open on BingX because I’d rather follow the macro rotation than assume it has to show up in one market first.

Sometimes the bond market gives you the headline.

The other charts tell you what it actually means.

it’s the start of the week, but i’m still thinking about a rather counterintuitive question

if beldex only wanted to become a privacy coin, building privacy tokens on top of it might seem unnecessary

but @BeldexCoin is taking a different direction

instead of only protecting bdx transactions, they’re looking to turn privacy into an infrastructure layer where other projects can issue private assets directly on beldex

that’s the part i find most interesting

privacy tokens are being developed alongside a web3 sdk and wallet extension, creating a path for developers to build applications around private assets

in other words, @BeldexCoin isn’t just trying to have a privacy coin of its own

they’re trying to build a foundation where other assets can have privacy built in from the ground up.

One part of @BeldexCoin that I think deserves more attention is BNS.

Beldex Name Service turns long wallet addresses into human readable names that can work across the ecosystem, including BChat usernames, BelNet private web applications, and BDX transfers. The BNS Marketplace also adds a peer to peer way to buy and sell these names.

What I like about this approach is that privacy is not treated as a single feature. BChat, BelNet, Beldex Browser and BNS each solve a different part of the digital experience while sharing the same privacy first infrastructure.

$BDX supports transaction fees, masternode staking and services such as BNS.

The more I look at @BeldexCoin, the more interesting the connection between private communication, private browsing and human readable identities becomes.
