Shame! Formatting of arabic translation is totally wrong at terminal 2. There are two mistakes: [1] Arabic is right-to-left language (not left-to-right as displayed). [2] Words are connected (not separated as shown). Please fix the sign.

I am in same situation. I am still waiting for IHS refund of two applications (since mid Nov 2022): incomplete period due to change in employer, withdrawn. I called and send emails but UKVI staff are clueless to help! Could someone please guide us? @GOVUK @ukhomeoffice
