@emsjcreative @niveauk please check out my girls campaign to UK Parliament to make it a legal requirement for allergens to be listed in BOLD and Plain English on beauty and cosmetic products. They have got over 23K signatures so far but need 100k for a debate in @UKParliament

So my question is, why is it a legal necessity to highlight allergens on food packaging, but not on toiletries and cosmetics.

If someone in your family has a nut allergy, would you have spotted it in these ingredients? Because I almost didn't.

@FFFoodAwards @FreeFromWriter @JuliannePonan @creativenature @freefromfarm @_maycontain @IntolerantG @copperconfetti @foodallergyuk @allergymumscouk @allergy_mumof1 'Free from' is simply an indication that it might be a possibility but until that label is looked at it doesn't mean its safe at all! Free from means one or more of top 14 is not included. We actually find that the 'free from' Isle has quite little choice for our restrictions.
