@SimonCalder@LNER stopped doing the smart save earlier this year. Iโm not sure why because it was great. So now you have to book all the tickets separately (it is always cheaper in my experience). If you need to change though you need to call up to avoid multiple admin fees.

There are plenty of F2F solutions if the school are able to manage it w/o interference and gov backs them financially
@marykfoy@educationgovuk What a joke. If there are so few schools affected as they state in the response, then surely it canโt be that much of a problem to come up with a proper solution for in person teaching for the ones that are. And yet nearly 3 weeks in we seem no closer to a solution.

@nectar hi I cashed in some nectar points yesterday for Argos. The transaction didnโt go through as it had an old card saved and wouldnโt let me add a new one. So I logged into desktop to add a new card but then it said the nectar points had been redeemed already. Please help.
