DD is the most played game by every human on this planet, every second of every day. More than capitalism. More than any religion.
How to think about DD. Two cigarettes shortens life by 30 minutes. How about school lunch? Minus 15 minutes 💀? Whatever the number, we are feeding our kids die.
Don’t Die is humanity’s next Manhattan Project. This is what intelligence does when giving birth to human-longevity-aligned superintelligence. 📷

Instead of building weapons of mass destruction, we’re going to build Methods of Mass Alignment (MMAs).
Self-destructive patterns and processes emerge in many parts of society. I’m gathering an initial group of 10 people to more broadly build out DD verticals. For example, my Project Blueprint is DD for personal health. DD can be built anywhere, for example:
+ School lunch
+ Aging
+ AI
+ Politics
+ Coral reef
+ Food
+ Health care
+ Social media
+ Microplastics
+ Environmental toxins
+ Legislation
+ Conflict resolution
+ International relations
+ Media
+ Biosecurity
+ [your expertise/idea]
You get the idea.
Ten of us will gather and help each other build out the framework for our respective endeavors:
Step 1: Identify the source of death
Step 2. Figure out how to measure it
Step 3: Create a plan to systematically eliminate it
To help you build better intuitions, this is what I did to build DD for aging as a source of death:
1. Source of death: Biological aging.
2. Measure: Measure the biological age of every organ of my body.
3. Implemented the best science to slow my speed of aging in every organ.
4. Remeasured every organ to see the effect.
5. Repeat this process continually (now 3+ years)
6. The result is that I’ve become the most biologically measured person in history.
7. I’m now aging slower than 99% of 20 year olds.
8. All the data and protocols are open sourced.
9. We now have a DD Blueprint for others to follow for personal health.
Today death is considered inevitable. Therefore, most make life decisions along the lines of “live fast and die young”. I am challenging the assumption that death is inevitable and that we should do what we can with the time we have. I’m arguing that we should go all in to eliminate all sources of death. To do this for my body, I had to rethink this premise and come up with new conceptual primitives:
+ Any behavior that increases my speed of aging (i.e. overeating) is an act of violence against self. Violence is a strong word that is jailable on offense. Yet we commit violence against ourselves and we celebrate and encourage it culturally.
+ I endeavored to build an algorithm that would take better care of me than I was capable of doing myself. I know from a lifetime of experience, my mind and my willpower fail me nearly every time. This contrasts with the current norm that we should give our minds the authority to decide what it wants, when it wants, no matter what.
