@barbaralegoista La realtà è l'opposto di ciò che hai scritto. I politici se ne fregano della costituzione, della divisione dei poteri e anche delle persone (dato che in questi decreti "d'urgenza" ci sono sempre leggine per salvare la loro casta (es. pnrr dato ad amici, scudi, salva firme, etc).
