The move is strong and it should be -13 to be fair but that Kazuya is just mindless Side stepping even though it isn't working , and stepping right side is better then left on that situation , step and block .

Anyways , agree to disagree . I would prefer if Kuni df1 was -3. She can hit confirm df122 which gives spalt also and in some instance guarantee qcf2 also and has a df13 safe also
