Disgraceful behaviour from @thetrainline as my train was cancelled, I booked new tickets on the next train (for my whole family) only to be told I can use my original ticket. £165 out of pocket and @thetrainline refusing to refund my new tickets that I don’t need
@AppleSupport I've had my phone stolen, locked out of my Apple ID, now i have a new phone so I can reset my password but I can't do this for 13 days??
I now have access to my phone, email why do I need to wait for so long?
What’s worse is this is a Joint @StarlingBank account with my partner who now is bought into this horrible situation.

Absolutely disgusted by @starlingbank and how I've been treated after being mugged on the street, my phone stolen and accounts drained. They have refused to accept any responsibility, even after 4 transactions after 2am totalling nearly £2,000.
