The amendment helps non-property owners by decreasing tax bills for landlords (that pass the tax cost to their residential and commercial renters). This means landlords can charges lower rents as they compete to retain tenets and attract new renters. Over time, this directly puts more money in your pocket (due to less rent) and lower costs for good and services you buy (less property tax costs business pass to their customers)
Additionally, your sales tax claim is incorrect. The amendment doesn’t raise sales taxes - so this tax would stay the same for everyone. The state already has a surplus from sales taxes (the rainy day fund has reached its upper legal limit) so there is no need to raise these.
@garyblack00 My son’s lemonade stand has completed 1000 transactions to date, while the beverage manufacturing company I started in January still has completed zero. Smart investors should clearly choose my son’s operation as he is the leader
You don’t understand the tech @garyblack00…
@RnaudBertrand@last_aka 140B a year for 10 years funded by gains/liquidation from the sovereign wealth as well as committing a portion of GDP is very achievable..
Wild to me that an “entrepreneur” like you couldn’t figure out a simple capital allocation plan like this.. TDS is fully on display
@DaleStarkA10 I run a classic car dealership - we just posted our best quarter ever... You’d be surprised how many Millennials/Gen Z like 70s/80s trucks
This is an additional 100B on top of the ~65B they proposed in 2022 when the CHIPS act passed. They were award ~6B under the Biden admin through the chips act..
You should google things before posting.

The rest of the U.S. has ~10x California’s population, so as Tesla becomes more mainstream, you’d expect CA’s share of total sales to decline. This likely reflects broader nationwide adoption rather than leftist brand abandonment. A better metric would be “sales per capita” to isolate any political impact.
@BaddPrit Have you compared these numbers to 2020?
Dems requested ~800K less ballots in 2024 and have turned in ~900K less to date.
Meanwhile, Rs requested roughly the same amount and only have a 100K deficit over 2020.
These are bullish for Trump, considering he only lost by 81K in 20
So then the Biden-Harris Administration/ DOJ are just incompetent for not being able to put away put away someone for “all his crimes”? Being incompetent seems to be a trend with Harris..
You’re not helping your side with that argument or by dismissing an accomplished layer as a “ditz”. Stick to maple syrup please, and thank you for being America’s hat.
Your “first to market” point is a good one, but you are underestimating how long/costly it is for a company with a deterministic strategy (e.g., Waymo, Cruise, etc..) to adapt their solution to a new major market. Each new market takes roughly the same amount of time and resources as the next to establish and each presents new unforeseen edge cases. In other words, it scales linearly to the resources needed.
The Tesla bet is that a general solution will scale exponentially and beat the deterministic companies to most markets. Which, given your point, will make it prohibitive for Waymo and others to expand to markets that they have not captured yet.
Waymo and similar companies have begun a 1,000-mile journey on foot and are currently ahead. Despite starting later, Tesla's approach to build a high-acceleration vehicle for the journey (no pun intended) could allow them to overtake the competition and ultimately win the race.
@RMConservative Option 1 & 3 pave the way for Kamala to win, remove the filibuster, and make Amendment 4 a federal law. You are missing the forrest for the trees and ironically putting more unborn lives at risk.
