We are not seeing enough positive trends in disabled people’s perceptions and experiences of being active.
Yet, disabled people (77%) are more likely to say they want to be more active compared to non-disabled people (54%).

#ActiveLives Adult Survey Report 📣 Activity levels have bounced back to pre-pandemic levels
There are 1.5m more active adults than in 2015/16
Results are a testament to those working & volunteering in physical activity as well as the significant investment of @DCMS and @TNLUK money, that has helped the sector to recover.
This is the first survey since the pandemic to cover a year without covid restrictions.
It’s positive progress, but there's still work to be done.
