@AXAHealth How can you help me find my feel good health if you won’t answer any messages or your member phone line. I have been queuing again - for the fourth time this week for over 2 hours - I don’t have time to find my feel good health as I’m wasting my time on you @AXAHealth
@AXAHealth I am feeling very blue and stressed @AXAHealth having tried to contact you for the last two weeks in various ways regarding treatment I need. You completely ignore member portal messages and I have just hung up again after being on hold for over two hours!!
@AXAHealth ps your free call back service by dialling 1 doesn’t work. So there is literally no way of contacting you to access a service I am paying for! Appalling!! @Bupa can you do better?
@AXAHealth your service is beyond poor. No reply to a message sent to your member portal 2 weeks ago. And I have tried to call you now on four occasions in the last week waiting over 2 hours before giving up again just now, yet you continue to take my membership fees every month!
