Training *too much* in-season is a potential problem I think happens rarely, yet many baseball coaches/parents fear it like the plague.
Not training enough (or at all) in-season is a much more common problem that parents/coaches seem to ignore.

The better we can get at finding that balance between under-stimulated & overreached, the better we will be as coaches

-Can be both active(hands lift off wall) and passive (hands push into the wall)
-Foam roller between front knee and wall to help keep the pelvis from compensating.
-Keep a neutral pelvis and stacked ribcage...the most important part

In my opinion, this is one of the BEST start types you can use
Positioning helps establish feel for good back leg drive to shift the center of mass
Find the right balance of tilt to not “pop up,” but also he perpendicular to the thigh to allow good posture
A Kia can be driven more often than a Ferrari & worry way less about things breaking down
Why? The Kia doesn’t produce nearly enough output to be worn out or damaged like a Ferrari
Youth athletes: heed this analogy. Don’t try to recover from what you are not yet able to produce
