Sin is the cause of all the problems in this world, both the few that money and influence seem to be able to solve and the others which they cannot solve.
And the only solution to the world's problems is reunion with our Holy Maker and Owner through Jesus Christ, our Maker and Owner, who took on our humanity just to bring us to Him.
Some of these problems have begun to be solved now, especially in the lives of those who trust Him. But they will be perfectly solved at the end when He returns to destroy the evil-doers, compensate those who trust Him and fix His world that we messed up with our sins.

The early church never platformed possessions and flamboyance as tools for ministry and attraction to the faith.
In the gospel as delivered to us, slaves were as useful as their masters and in whatever station men found themselves, they were ministers of the new covenant.
If the gospel as is doesn’t do it for you, you are preaching another gospel, foreign to the Bible. If you need a “G-Wagon” to preach Jesus and demonstrate His goodness unto salvation, you don’t know what you are doing and the god of this world has blinded your eyes and he’s now using you to blind others to true saving faith.
@ekajiibe It’s instructive that whatever estate-high or low- all of man is lighter than a breath. This changes everything if it guides our daily conversations. All power belongs to YAHWEH.
The enterprise of theology is itself worship and it leads to more worship. And all worship of God must be done in spirit and in truth.
An application of that truth is this. If you harbour sins in your heart, if you harbour loves apart from God in your heart like fame, riches or control, your theology will end up being distorted and incorrect.
"... For a false heart corrupts the understanding, and that again increases the delusions of the heart." - Richard Baxter
If you don't love God with all your being, when you study Him, you will not see Him in truth. You will see what you love. Your conclusions will be different from that of the Apostles meanwhile you will be very sure of yourself. Sinful biases have a weird way of confirming themselves in Bible study.
Therefore, Purification must precede theology. Sin veils the eyes of the heart and idols stop the ears of the inner-man.
Theology must be done in the Spirit, not the flesh, or you will never see the truth.
Someone asked about tricks for meeting eminent people. I said the best plan is just to do really good work. Then you'll tend to meet them organically. In the worst case you'll see one whenever you look in the mirror.
There is something called "weightier matters" that shapes the emphasis of the teaching ministry.
If you observe that a generation is lukewarm in Godliness and passive towards their consecrations as Holy priests, that's not a good time to emphasize some themes and subjects.
celebrated in the world, majority of which have become either favourite tourist destinations or displayed in exquisite museums across the world.
We are black, not daft. Africa to the world!
I saw a video sometime ago on LinkedIn that got me thinking about how “lazy and complacent” we seem to have become as Nigerians. Our history books are replete with unbelievable heroics of our forebears; rather than allowing curved balls thrown at them to define them as weak
to start leveraging the power of our nativity to curate our narratives. Enough of the “crutch” mentality that has plagued us and largely defined our how the world had perceived us hitherto. Our seeming disadvantages once propelled our forebears to create enviable wonders
When building a company, it's not just what you build that matters but who and what you become while building. The process will shape you. The road will teach you things. The skills, the mistakes, the relationships, and the pains will pave the way for things least imagined.
"The really smart thinkers are clear thinkers. They understand the basics at a very, very fundamental level. I would rather understand the basics really well than memorize all kinds of complicated concepts I can’t stitch together and can’t rederive from the basics."
