@Browneyedgal935 @TheLinzerShow NOT anywhere that amount. States buy in bulk for their prisons. Her food & drink, and personal needs items are factored in with ALL inmates, and is actually a pretty small amount. Whether they're in general population or solitary, the menu is the same.
