Getting life insurance and investing helps with the wealth gap, in reference to unemployment many areas have to address issues such as education and crime to better the prospects of employers who pay well to invest in those areas which would lower unemployment

When these companies talk about diversity, they’re usually hiring people who look like them, think like them, and fit their comfort zone.

Meanwhile, Black folks get labeled as “too much,” “too different,” or a problem to manage.

So don’t get caught up in the words. Pay attention to who’s actually getting hired and who’s still being left out.

The first word in DEI is Diversity. Diversity" is a virtual smorgasbord: Eskimos, Latinos, Veterans, LGBTQ+, and more. But have you noticed the pattern?

Whenever it’s time for 'heavy lifting' or 'plow pulling,' Black Americans are pushed to the front of the line. Yet, when it’s time to pass out the checks, we’re nowhere to be found. We are the face of the struggle, but not the beneficiaries of the system.
