@MMYang434 Personally about a 6, but only because I'm a Christian (and have a disability so I can avoid the ex-women's toilets now I guess). I'd say my concern for other women and children is 10, with grave, grave concern for where this is going. Have been praying a lot this past week.

@AutisticCoach_ I've spent a lifetime being told that I was the problem and I just needed to try harder. Turns out they were wrong and ableist. I cannot rewire my brain to make them happier. It's going to take a while to unpack all the garbage that comes with being treated that way.

@AutisticCoach_ For only my third flight I got stopped at Chicago O'Hare by security - full bag search. Nearly missed connecting flight to Denver. Had an autistic meltdown in the airport. Have since refused to go anywhere that requires flights for 20 years. Simply not worth the stress.

@amy_is_tired I'm 47, been waiting 2 years for an NHS diagnosis. In fact the service is so awful here I paid for my daughter's assessment. Assessor suggested I most likely have it too. It's the closest to being diagnosed I'll get before I'm 50.

@AutisticCoach_ When I was a younger adult I used to regularly abandon my shopping basket in the middle of a shop as I lost the ability to cope and had to leave. For years my allistic husband did it and now we have our shopping delivered.

Funny story: my last but one therapist (yes, I've had many over the years) said I should try not trying to achieve perfection in my copy-editing and I'd no doubt see how book publishers dont mind imperfection. Hahahahaha

@mightbeautistic My daughter's autism assessment mentions how well she and I communicate non-verbally. It basically acknowledges that I'm an undiagnosed autistic too. In fact several times it contrasts her communication with her allustic father and with me.
