And what I have written about abortion is that I think there should be a minimum for the whole country since it shouldn't depend on where the woman lives to get healthcare, States could then offer better than the law requires

I read stats for 2015 in the US less than 1% were performed after 24 weeks. 90% were done before the 13th week. Reasons for late abortions: risk for the woman's health or lethal fetal abnormalities.
