As voted by you, our amazing Tacticians, we're delight to announce playable TYRANIDS as the next faction. Beginning on 20 August, join the synaptic network and steer the swarm. We hope you're as excited as we are, and that you'll consume the galaxy...er...spread the word!
@BenFordhamLive@D_LittleproudMP Wearing a mask to protect the lives of the vulnerable it to much for Benny. But stopping women and children from coming to Australia because he is scared, is tottaly fine.
@MC481640685@TheProblem@steve_hanke@ApplePodcasts Yes, the banks who lend money have to follow the law. The law that was passed by politicians. The law that says they have to check someone's ability to pay back a loan, before they give them a loan. A law to ensure the stability of financial markets, that was broken by lenders
@BenFordhamLive thanks for having Jenifer Westacott on to tell us that the business council wants tax and regulations cut. What a surprise. Productivity growth is what drive wages, but also economic growth is what drive wages. If you ignore the the past 40 years
@MC481640685@TheProblem@steve_hanke@ApplePodcasts What's legal is determined by the courts. Who interpret laws written by the government. If a politician asks you to drive fast, that doesn't mean you can speed. They will ask to lend more not ignore the law.
@MC481640685@TheProblem@steve_hanke@ApplePodcasts Sure but it is still the lenders legal responsibility to not lend money to people that can't afford it. The gov asked them to lend more money, not to stop doin you legal responsibility.
@Tom4OKstate@TheProblem@steve_hanke@ApplePodcasts Assets that you can't sell "in time" to cover your debts aren't worth enough to cover your debts. Assets are worth the amount you can sell them for. Many people lost homes during the financial crisis that if they had more time to raise funds they could of kept.
@truthful_100 @MChandlerMather@Ckanned Unless you think 18% intrest rates are a good thing. Acting before thing get that bad is a good idea. waiting until a problem becomes a crisis like Scott Morrison is stupid.
@BenFordhamLive@mattjcan Thanks for not asking @mattjcan about his personal interest in any of this. Also why none of these very important power plants were not even started while he was in gov. If he wants poeple who don support coal to take a pay cut, those that do can live in the increased flood water
