+$527M INTO BITCOIN ETFS IN ONE DAY
People pulled about $103M out of ether funds that same day.
About $7M out of solana funds.
One BlackRock fund, IBIT, alone took in about $665M. Other bitcoin funds lost money, so the all-fund total sits under that one print. @glassnode rounded the BlackRock day near $663M and said it closed October's hole. Other trackers still have October a bit red. One loud day is not the whole month.
That same week Switzerland's regulator FINMA said yes to the country's first bitcoin fund that normal people can buy. The fund holds real bitcoin. They still warn hard about risk. Who runs it and when you can trade it is not in their note yet.
JPMorgan's money managers also put bitcoin in their long return table for the first time: about 10% a year for the next 10 to 15 years, above big US stocks and gold. They still did not say how much of a portfolio to hold.

BITCOIN FELL OVER 50% FROM THE PEAK
In one safer @Calamos fund, people lost about 1% over that same year.
Here is how it works. Bitcoin goes up, you go up too, but only to a ceiling. Bitcoin drops, the fund tries to cut how deep you fall. They already sell versions of this. Some almost block the whole crash. Some let you lose about 10% or 20% in a year, then try to stop further damage.
@BlackRock just asked for Bitcoin Managed Protect around their big bitcoin fund that already holds over $65B. Ceiling and protection size are not in the paper yet, so there is no launch yet. The biggest money firm simply wants the same product.
First they sold easy bitcoin with the full crash included. Now they sell less pain on the way down and less moon on the way up. That will print for years off people who like bitcoin and hate the gut punch.
Do you buy the safer fund, or just hold bitcoin?
