@kjrobinson_MQ@JuliaHorsfield@ZebrafishRock Hey @JuliaHorsfield , I followed this photo (originally from @MightyPrahaThor ) in scenario 2. So I started off with 20x larva and at 21dpf, I reduced it to 17x. By 3 months of age I had ~60% male (this particular Tg line was 100% female beforehand). Hope this helps !
@njoybetz In my PhD, I’d work 9-12 hrs M-F (in a lab), but I swore to myself that I would never work weekends so I could (still) enjoy life with family and friends. In my post-doc years, I’ve learnt to be more efficient, so it’s less time in the lab & more at my desk, but maintain 8hrs M-F
