Threat actor mor3nako claims to have breached Spanish lottery platform TuLotero using its TerciosRAT remote-access tool and is now offering the allegedly stolen KYC database for sale. The actor says it contains 37.4 GB of data comprising nearly 240,000 images, including identity documents and verification selfies, and claims to have sought a bounty before deciding to sell it.

The claim follows TuLotero’s disclosure last August of unauthorized access to its identity-verification service. The company said documents and selfies belonging to approximately 2% of users were exposed, without confirming an exact victim count.
