Rideout-Carter has quickly thrust himself into the conversation of 🇨🇦’s elite HS arms and is arguably the top one still on the board.📈

The fastball has been up to 9️⃣1️⃣mph and pairs it with one of the best breaking balls we saw this fall (SL at 78-80), generating whiffs on both. Also flashes occasional CH at 83-84mph.

9th-ranked prospect in Ontario (6th arm), @BaseballCANJNT member this fall and still uncommitted.
