Hello @krakensupport, I noticed that stop losses have been executed on 25/11 with no relation at all with the market, making me losing a lot. SL on btc/usdt @ 16225 executed at an average price of 14927, due to that wick. Do you protect your customers against this dysfunction?

@Aurelian_Irimia @krakensupport That's a problem of btc/usdt on kraken. Not the fault of usdt (see below, there is no wick on usdt/usd kraken market at 15pm UTC on 25/11). So the problem is on kraken side.

@krakensupport With the date and time, that's clearer to compare with the binance market hereunder.

@krakensupport So a -10% wick during less than 1 minute triggering every stop losses on the way down, only on your exchange and nowhere else (e.g. below for Binance), is not your responsability?
