sure, but the EFL needs to discourage future activity of clubs in the biggest games of the season. I think this ruling does that! from that pov, which I haven’t seen you raise, it makes sense. and as you noted, Saints might have even got off lightly due to admitting breaches. this was clearly systemic across the season…
