@verizonfios what’s going on with my network channels in Boston ? NBC, ABC etc are pixelated and completely unwatchable. Other cable channels are fine. I’ve reset my modem and ONT and no success. Trying to watch playoff hockey on NBC

@VerizonSupport I can watch many channels that are to showing a live event, but there are also several channels that are not showing a live event (the other network channels I noted) that are not working

@VerizonSupport What what question are you asking? The channel news me trying to watch is showing a live hockey sporting event. There are other channels (network channels) that are not working, and other channels (cable channels) that are fine

@VerizonSupport I don’t know if all of these channels are showing a live event. I doubt that every network channel would be but I’ve tried the had channels for nbc, abc, fox, and cbs and they are all not working. I’m just trying to watch playoff hockey on nbc and it’s not possible.

@Borderlands Is there a way to transfer all of my ps4 saves to ps5? Or can I really only transfer one save since downloading a save overwrites the previous one?

@Borderlands That doesn't seem to work for me. Every time I try to download a second character via the same process, it overwrites the first character on my ps5. I have four saved characters on my ps4 and I want all of them available on my ps5 - can I do that?
