Getting to understand the intricacies of learning a skill will pivot you beyond expectations…
Spoke with a lead client today, pitched myself to her and how I can be of help to her business since she has a restaurant with too many repetitive processes
Fingers crossed.
Most businesses don't have a lead-generation problem.
They have a follow-up problem.
A prospect submits an inquiry.
Nobody responds quickly.
The lead gets buried in an inbox.
Someone remembers tomorrow.
Tomorrow becomes next week...
Then figuring out the workflow.
Testing it.
Breaking it.
Fixing it.
And rebuilding it until it works.
Figuring it out isn’t part of the game.
It IS the game. 🚀
“Figuring it out isn’t part of the game. It is the game.” — Alex Hormozi
As learners, it’s easy to get caught up in the exciting part of seeing people succeed.
We see the finished product.
The job.
The breakthrough.
The impressive portfolio.
The “overnight success.”
⚡ Give patients a smoother booking experience
And this project reminded me of something important:
Learning automation isn’t about knowing every tool immediately.
It’s about being willing to ask:
What problem am I trying to solve?
What happens when a business receives hundreds of emails across different departments?
Someone has to read them.
Figure out what they're about.
Decide who should handle them.
Forward them.
Notify the right team.
And repeat the process all day.

Most people think AI automation is all about learning technical skills.
But that's only part of the picture.
AI automation is more of a business problem solving skill .
Before writing a single workflow, you need to understand the problem you're trying to solve.
Day 60: Learning and building Ai automation
Today, I am building a customer support AI agent in n8n.
A Gmail trigger feeding into a text classifier, then an AI agent with a Pinecone vector store for RAG based responses, all powered by Google Gemini.
Still available for more of this btw 🤝 😂.
I enjoyed this particular session
- You give me a brief of your business process /project
- we schedule a call to discuss the problem and a potential solution
- no fee whatsoever at all, ✌️Just two people mapping out the possible process by which we can make that stressful task easier , faster and automated.
Send a Dm if you have a repetitive business process 😁
