Una última. NO se necesita ninguna máquina, terapia ni dispositivo (más que el cerebro y el conocimiento) para manejar y gestionar el 85% de las lesiones deportivas. Aplicar la progresión de ejercicios correctos en los momentos adecuados + tiempo para la biología. SENTIDO COMÚN.

4️⃣ Los centímetros que mide una lesión NO TIENEN NINGUNA IMPORTANCIA por lo mismo que he comentado antes. Es mejor 10 cm de lesión muscular que 1 de tendinosa. Lo importante es qué estructura está afectada y cómo.

@cattaneophysio There is NO new shortcut, it has never been (always in my opinion). Especially now, when the calendars are congested, everybody wants to push harder and faster and the pressure for the staff and players is really high we need to stay calm and focus on the correct recovery (1/2)

I’m anti the rigamarole bunk that surrounds it making it seem more elevated than it is.
I want clinicians to realize how simple it is to avoid years of imposture syndrome.
I want so called “master clinicians” to spread this humility
