We know that behind every donation, every petition signature, every like or share on our social media posts, and every email received and read is a person with their own story.

And without that person, WDC couldn't make life-saving changes for the whales and dolphins of the world.

So as #PrideMonth comes to an end, we're looking to the future. We strive to be an inclusive organisation all year round, implementing policies to create a safer and more diverse and enjoyable workplace. We already have a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, but we know we can do more.

Which is why we have developed a new working group of colleagues to understand what we need to do from the inside out.

We also want to be more inclusive across our channels, and this is where we need your help!
