@IndiGo6E PNR K97F8A travelled from Riyadh to Delh on 3rd Jan, baggages got delayed which we received on 11th Jan. One of the bag was damaged when received, concern was raised same day. Waiting for details on compensation for both. For details check my email and DMs.

Acknowledging and thanking @IndiGo6E @MoCA_GoI for delivering our delayed baggage today. Appreciate the closure. One of the bags was received in damaged condition (broken wheel & scuff marks), for which the concern has been formally raised via email. Awaiting resolution.

@BhRajneesh @IndiGo6E These people are getting worse day by day. After travelling back from Riyadh to Delhi on 04th Jan we are still waiting for my baggages. Our baggages along other 170 baggages never made to Delhi. And @IndiGo6E people are unable to provide any update so far.

Landed in Delhi from Riyadh on 04th Jan it was informed due to flight weight & space restriction several baggages have been put on hold but will be delivered by 05th Jan evening at our address. -Part-1
