Huge issue with @CoinDCX

I transferred USDT on 8th Sept. Transaction shows completed, but funds are still missing from my CoinDCX wallet.

In-app support = just bots, no real help.
Emailed support IDs = only auto-replies saying mailbox not monitored.

@CRED_club 8th oct was due date of my credit card so i made payment for the same on 8th oct at 11:35 PM, its 9th oct, 12:08 while am writing this tweet, yet the payment is not confirmed. Cred customer support is worst, their automated replies wont help.
