@SwiggyCares worst experience today. My order was marked as delivered without even delivering the item to me. Probably, the delivery guy ate the item himself and said he delivered the product and support team just says "we've taken your feedback". Ridiculous service! Money waste

@JioMart_Support worst service and customer support is even worse. Ordered an item on 7 jan and expected delivery was on 8 Jan. Order is still not delivered. When I called the support team, the only thing those robots say everytime is please wait for 24hrs & we are following up.

@UberINSupport there is no support option for customers within the app. I was charged incorrectly and there is no option to appeal and no option to talk to someone to explain the issue. This is ridiculous and torture for customers. Need better customer support.

@zomatocare Your agents are typical robots and they just know one thing to type " i understand your concern and i have taken the feedback". What feedback will do when i have ordered something and getting different item. Ordered paneer kulcha and got aloo kulcha.
