@JioCare @TRAI sir i have a jio fiber connection. Today i raised a complaint whose reference number is SR000037F9YR. The engineer visited my house and i told him that my landline is not working. That time i was in office. The engineer told me that there is a problem in my device.

Then i gave him another device. Then he told me that device has also problem. Ultimately in the evening when i returned home neither landline neither jiojoin is working in my jio fiber. Pathetic service by jio fiber. I dont know why jiofiber or their engineer has problem

@MEI_India guys after sales service of their VRF/VRV is very bad. Guys think twice before purchasing their system . My system is not working from the last 6 days. I have paid 12500 Rupees also for the parts and give them my acceptance via email. But then also its not done.

I have ordered one addtional IPTV set top box. My order id is 431537131. It was supposed to be installed on Sunday between 11 AM to 1 PM. To my surprise it did not get installed till today . Neither i have received any call back from the engineer.

@NeoCarnagex @JioCare @TRAI Yes you are right. I will also surrender their connection and will take airtel xtreme fibre. Just imagine that 20 days are over after my payment and they are yet to install one additional stb for which they will get 200 rupees additional with my existing broadband plan.

@reliancejio sir i have already made the payment on 3rd june for additional set top box and to my surprise its still not get installed in my home. Hopeless service by jio fiber. Automatically you are changing the appointment date and time. Install of a stb needs 15 days for jio.
